Speaking and Listening - The ME Wheelie Bag
At the beginning of the year I bought a cute wheelie bag for the class.
Each day a child was chosen to take the bag home and fill it with their favourite things.
They were encouraged to bring in a toy, a photo, a book and anything else they were really interested in at home.
We got to know the children really well by listening to them explain what they brought in and why.
The children loved wheeling that bag out of the classroom and back the next day with their treasures inside..
