Positive Behaviour Stickers in Kindergarten

I have a Kindergarten class and have used these sticker desk charts for a couple of years now. They have 20 circles, which fit the little stickers perfectly. Each child has their own sticker chart on their desk and they receive stickers as positive reinforcement for all the great things they do!
When all 20 circles have been filled, they get to choose from my treasure box - a box of goodies I have picked up (and continue to do so continually!) from The Reject Shop, GoLo, markets etc. They love to choose from here.
Educational value - particularly from a Maths point of view - they are constantly counting the stickers they have to see how many they have, the spaces left (to see how many they need). This has great self esteem value too as the charts are highly visible and easy for them to see their own progress. I put the same animals on each desk in a table group and have different animals for each desk group. I also run a class table points competition (unusual in Kindergarten, I know), based on these cards.
Each time a desk group works really well together, they get a table point, which is recorded on a chart in the classroom. We do the points as tally marks (another good Maths concept) and every time they get five points (with the tally crossed across the four vertical marks) each person on the desk gets a sticker for their own personal chart.
This is their favourite thing to do! We also count by fives to work out how many points in total each group has.
I came from Year Five a few years ago and wasn't sure how well table points would work in Kindergarten, but though I'd give it a go anyway - it works very well!! :)
