My wish is to improve the quality of learning in urban schools

by Cheree
(Baltimore)

In 2010, I would love to see a substantial increase in the quality of learning at our school in Baltimore. It is my sincere desire that teachers seek more engaging ways to teach students, grow professionally, and learn new ways to involve parents in the learning process. I am facilitator of professional development and this is my 2010 resolution for all of the teachers in Baltimore.

Your wish is my wish
by: Laura

Hi. Your wish is exactly the same as mine. I am creating a community of those concerned with the state of Baltimore's schools. I teach remedial education to college students in Baltimore and seeing how below-level they are has really gotten to me. If you have a moment check out the new blog I have created. I'm working on gathering a network of people to contribute their ideas and concerns.

Thanks and I hope you see positive change at your school!
