  • How do I access my downloads?

    Downloading is as easy as -  1  2  3

    1.    Click on Resource Category you would like in the navigation bar on the left of any page.

    2.  Browse and click on the resource you would like to download this will take you to the download links page.

    3.  Click on the yellow download links for that resource and a login box will come up, or you may already be logged in, in which case your download should come up automatically.  (Alternatively, you can right click on the download link and save the file)

 

  • How do I upgrade my Free Membership to Full Access Membership? 
    Click on any of the 'Subscribe' button on any page.

     

  • How do I access my Free Resources?
    You can access your free resources straight from browsing Free Resources on the left navigation bar.

 

  • How do I change my details such as email address?
    You can change your details at the Member Profile page.  This can be accessed from left navigation bar on any page.

 

  • A blank page pops up when I click on the PDF links?
    You will need the latest version of Adobe Reader to view our PDF files, download it for free by clicking on this graphic  many PDF files are large (for best quality) so please be patient as some may take a while to download.  Thanks

(Alternatively, you can right click on the download link and save the file first, then try to open and print from your files)

  •  If you have tried all of the above, then.....

    1. You should have an adobe reader red icon on your desktop - click on this to open adobe reader.

    2. Go to EDIT at top then PREFERENCES.

    3. Left hand side of preferences page is INTERNET - click on this.

    4. Make sure  DISPLAY PDF IN BROWSER is OFF - NO TICK IN BOX

 

  • I have not received any information emails from you....
    Some mail servers have very aggressive mail filters particularly some of the free ones like AOL and HOTMAIL so you may need to place k-3teacherresourcesmembers.com and k-3teacherresources.com into your mail server's 'trusted emails list' in order to receive emails.  Thanks, Donna 

 

 

  • When I try to print the PDF documents, the page is blank.
    This may be an indication that you need to update your printer's driver software.  You can usually access this from a search on the web or through your printer's help pages.
