Finding learning centres... what a way to spend my last week of school holidays!

by Sarah
(Australia)

I have just spent my last week of school holidays searching the net for literacy and numeracy centres, laminating and cutting out and bagging centres. This job feels like it never ends every time I think I have made enough, I find another site or book and I just have to make a copy right now because that activity is just perfect for ..... LOL.

I must say there are some amazing teacher websites out there. Wow, some of them are truly inspirational. I thought I would share some of my favourites with you all. I hope some one else finds something useful out of them also. Here goes:

Beth Newingham website. Its a grade 3 page. Beth is an American teacher who shares the ins and out of her classroom. I found so many useful strategies and display ideas from her page

I think thats enough for now. I hope you don't run out of printer ink and laminating sheets like I did! If anyone knows of any other fantastic websites please share after all we are all learning from each other.
